The Agilent 5067-1553 is a stainless-steel inline filter assembly for liquid chromatography systems, specified for a 4.6 mm frit inlet ID with a 0.2 µm pore size. It is supplied with three frits and a 0.17 × 90 mm connecting capillary and is intended to be installed upstream of the column to trap particulates and help prevent increased backpressure and column inlet fouling.
