Agilent 18 mm HDSP septa (part number 8010-0418) are bi-layer PTFE/silicone septa designed for 18 mm headspace vial closures and are supplied in 1,000-piece packs. They are intended for headspace sampling and related vial-sealing applications where a PTFE face over a silicone sealing layer is required. Agilent specifies a maximum use temperature of 180 °C and notes these septa are not pre-slit.
