The Agilent Alumina injector 1.8 mm demount torch is a fully demountable alumina injector designed for inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) sample introduction. It is intended to be used where chemical compatibility with aqueous solutions and hydrofluoric (HF) acid is required, and is described by the manufacturer as an inert / HF acid–compatible injector for use with Agilent ICP-OES torches and spray chambers. The product is supplied as a single-piece demountable injector for routine use with compatible Agilent instrument series.
