Agilent Bond Elut Carbon S (5610-2083) is a 6 mL solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge containing 500 mg of Carbon S sorbent, supplied as a 30-cartridge pack. It is designed for sample cleanup by adsorbing pigments and planar matrix interferences—commonly used for fruits, vegetables, food samples and small organic residues in wastewater—to reduce chromatographic and mass-spectrometric interferences. The Carbon S sorbent is an advanced hybrid carbon material with optimized carbon content and pore structure to improve recoveries and lower RSDs for planar pesticides compared with traditional GCB formulations.
