The Agilent G3266-80015 is an EzyLok gas (argon/carrier) connector intended to attach the carrier gas line to glass concentric nebulizers used with ICP-OES and ICP-MS systems. It supplies the EzyLok one-touch style gas inlet fitting for the nebulizer side arm and is provided as the connector only (no tubing). The part is specified to accept 4 mm outside-diameter gas inlet tubing and is offered as a manufacturer-supported spare for Agilent nebulizer assemblies.
