The Agilent G1321-60005 is a manufacturer‑specified flow cell (8 µL) designed for use with Agilent fluorescence detectors (G1321A/B/C and compatible G7121 modules) in liquid chromatography systems. It provides the optical cuvette through which the chromatographic effluent passes for fluorescence measurement and is sold as a direct replacement/maintenance part for Agilent 1100/1200/1260/1290 series instruments. The cell is rated for routine LC operation conditions specified by Agilent.
