Agilent Microcell triangular 10mm 1.7mL open 1/p 6610021300
Triangular fluorescence sub-micro cell, quartz, open top, square base, 10 mm pathlength, 1.7 mL, 1/pk. Used for front surface fluorescence measurements when the sample is too dense for the transmission of excitation or emission energy. Analysis can be made by exciting the face of the sample at 45° to both the excitation source and the emission detector. Compatible with Agilent Cary Eclipse Fluorescence spectrophotometer.
Key Features:
- Cell material: Far UV quartz
- Cell type: Triangular (open top, square base)
- Path length: 10 mm
- Cell volume: 1.7 mL
- Intended use: Front surface fluorescence measurements
Advantages:
- Permits front-surface fluorescence analysis of samples too dense for transmission measurements.
- Design (open top, square base, 10 mm pathlength) enables excitation of the sample face at 45° to excitation source and detector for surface measurements.
- Direct compatibility with Agilent Cary Eclipse Fluorescence spectrophotometer simplifies integration into supported fluorescence workflows.
