Microsorb-MV 300-5 C4 250 x 4.6 mm is an Agilent HPLC reversed-phase column packed with butylsilane-bonded silica (C4) having 300 Å pores and 5 µm particles. The packing is fully end-capped with trimethylsilyl groups to minimize silanol activity. The column is designed for reversed-phase separations of relatively hydrophobic peptides and proteins and for chromatographic scale-up and separation of larger proteins.
