Poroshell 120 columns are based on superficially porous particle technology, which features a solid silica core and a porous outer layer, delivering higher chromatographic efficiencies and enabling fast, high-resolution separations. The PFP (pentafluorophenyl) phase provides specific selectivity for reversed-phase applications and is offered in low-dispersion UHPLC formats for high-throughput method development and scalable separations.
