Cap, snap, clear, clear PTFE/red silicone septa, 100/pk. These 11 mm clear snap caps include a press-fit septum made from white PTFE/red silicone bi-layer. This combination is suited for a broad range of applications and is a main choice for HPLC applications where the sample is less volatile and where screw or crimp style vials are not appropriate. This version is used when additional sample-preparation steps involving pipetting are required because the user can more easily remove and close the cap while holding the pipetter.
