DNAscope™ HD Duplex Reagent Kit, is a DNA in situ hybridization (ISH) chromogenic assay designed for multiplexing up to two DNA targets. It uses AP (Blue) and Fast Red chromogenic stains and the probe names often include C1 or C2. It is ideal for simultaneous detection of two DNA species using DNA ISH. Each DNAscope™ HD Duplex Reagent Kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in).
