miRNAscope™ LS Reagent Kit - RED assay is an RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -RED assay for use with the Leica Biosystems BOND RX automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems. The automated system provides high throughput, reproducible RNA ISH results with minimal hands-on time. miRNAscope™ LS Reagent Kit - RED includes the pretreatment and detection reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides/tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75inx 0.75in).Note: To run miRNAscope™ LS reagents you will need miRNAscope™ LS probes for assay compatibility.
