RNAscope® 2.5 HD Duplex Detection Reagents kit, is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) chromogenic assay designed for multiplexing up to 2 targets. It uses HRP (Green) and Fast Red chromogenic stains and the probe names often include C1 or C2. Each RNAscope® 2.5 HD Duplex Detection Reagent provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Larger tissue sections will result in fewer tests. The reagents provied are: AMPs 1 through 10, Fast red-A, Fast red-B, Green-A, Green-B.To run the detection reagents you will need the pretreatment reagents (based on your tissue type) and the wash buffer reagents(PN 310091).
