RNAscope® 2.5 HD Duplex Reagent Kit, is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) chromogenic assay designed for multiplexing up to two targets. It uses HRP (Green) and Fast Red chromogenic stains and the probe names often include C1 or C2. It is ideal for simultaneous detection of two RNA species using RNA ISH. Each RNAscope® Duplex Reagent Kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Duplex Detection Kit (PN 322500) RNAscope Pretreatment Reagents (PN 322000, 322330), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091).
