RNAscope™ Plus smRNA-RNA HD Detection Kit is an RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent assay for the simultaneous detection of one small RNA and up to 3 RNA targets. Each detection kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope™ Plus smRNA-RNA HD Detection Kit (PN 32780), RNAscope H202 and Protease Reagents (PN 322381) and RNAscope Target Retrieval reagents (322000), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091). The kit includes the pretreatment, TSA buffer (322809), and detection reagents for manual amplification. Note: TSA Vivid Fluorophore 520 (PN 323271), TSA Vivid Fluorophore 570 (PN 323272) and TSA Vivid Fluorophore 650 (PN 323273) can be purchased separately from ACD. Compatible Opal fluorophores must be purchased separately from Akoya Biosciences.
