RNAscope® VS Duplex Reagent Kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -BROWN and RED assay designed for use with the Discovery Ultra automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems by Ventana Medical Systems. RNAscope® VS Duplex Reagent Kit includes RNAscope VS Universal DUplex Detection Reagents (323310) RNAscope VS Accessory Kit (PN 320630), RNAscope Universal VS Sample Preparation Reagents (PN 323220), and RNAscope Target Retrieval Reagents (PN 322000) for offline pretreatmment. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides. Note: To run VS Duplex reagents you will need VS 2.5 probes.
