Steel-case heating mantle designed for laboratory reaction vessels up to 100 L. The unit provides controlled direct heating of spherical/round reaction flasks and large-volume vessels for heating, reflux and distillation applications, and is intended for use with external or optional temperature controllers and probes. The heater incorporates a K-type temperature sensor and nickel-chrome heating element and is rated for 230 V operation.
