Bottom-outlet, remote-controlled reaction-vessel heating mantle designed for heating and maintaining temperature of large-volume reaction vessels up to 100 L. Constructed with a powder-coated steel case and nickel-chrome heating element, the unit provides controlled heating for reflux, distillation and reaction applications requiring high temperatures (up to 450°C). The design includes an integrated K-type thermocouple and provision for a bottom outlet to allow vessel drainage or connections during processing.
