The Eppendorf epMotion 5075l is an automated liquid‑handling workstation built to automate complex pipetting workflows such as PCR/qPCR setup, NGS library preparation, magnetic‑bead or filter‑based purifications, immunoassays and plate reformatting. The system provides a contained work area with a MultiCon PC controller (epBlue/LH Assistant) for programming and running methods, automatic exchange of pipetting and gripper tools, and optional CleanCap (UV lamp + HEPA) and thermal modules for decontamination and temperature control. It is intended to increase throughput and reproducibility while reducing manual pipetting steps.
