Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) laminated membrane discs designed for filtration and environmental monitoring applications. The disc membrane provides a hydrophobic, chemically resistant barrier that collects particulates down to 0.22 µm and can be used for venting, phase separations, aerosol sampling and filtration of aggressive chemical solutions when prewetted. The laminated construction couples a PTFE membrane with a polypropylene support for improved durability and handling and is autoclavable up to 130°C.
