BAX System L. monocytogenes 24E is an End Point PCR assay kit for rapid, reliable detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food and environmental samples. The kit is AOAC-PTM and AFNOR validated and delivers results in approximately 3.5 hours after enrichment, detecting concentrations as low as 10^4 CFU/mL. It is validated for use across meat, seafood, dairy, vegetables and environmental surfaces and is designed for use with the BAX System instruments as an automated molecular testing solution for food processors and testing laboratories.
