The BAX System Yeast & Mold Supplement Kit (KIT2014) is a reagent supplement for the Hygiena BAX® System designed to support yeast and mold testing workflows. It is intended for use with the BAX System Yeast & Mold assay to improve sample processing and detection of spoilage yeasts and molds in food and environmental matrices. Typical use cases include enriched and direct testing of dairy, powdered, and other food matrices requiring rapid spoilage organism screening.
