The foodproof Aspergillus Detection LyoKit is a ready-to-use lyophilized real-time PCR kit for simultaneous detection of Aspergillus flavus, A. terreus, A. niger, and A. fumigatus DNA in cannabis, food, feed, and environmental samples. The kit uses 5' Nuclease chemistry in a low profile format and is validated for multiple real-time PCR platforms. It provides sensitive detection down to 10^2–10^3 CFU/mL from enrichment cultures, includes an Internal Control and UNG to prevent carry-over contamination, and is designed for food safety testing laboratories and food manufacturers.
