The assay enables simultaneous detection of C. jejuni, C. coli, C. lari and C. upsaliensis, with specific identification of C. jejuni and C. coli. The kit delivers reliable quantification down to 10^3 CFU/mL in rinse samples and can detect as few as 1–10 cells per 25 g of food sample. Internal controls and UNG contamination prevention are included to support accurate results for food safety testing professionals.
