The foodproof Cronobacter Detection LyoKit is a lyophilized real-time PCR test for detection of Cronobacter spp. in food and environmental samples. The kit uses 5' nuclease chemistry with Low Profile format and delivers results using FAM and VIC/Yakima Yellow fluorescence channels with an integrated Internal Control and UNG to prevent carry-over contamination. It is suitable for testing enrichment cultures including infant formula and special medical-purpose formulas and supports up to 94 samples per run.
