The foodproof Cronobacter Detection LyoKit is a lyophilized real-time PCR test for detection of Cronobacter spp. in food and environmental samples. It uses FAM and VIC/Yakima Yellow fluorescence channels with a built-in Internal Control and UNG technology to prevent carry-over contamination, enabling reliable result validation. The kit is intended for testing matrices including infant formula and special medical purpose formulas where Cronobacter detection is required for compliance with EC 2073/2005.
