The assay uses specific primer/probe sets with probe-based chemistry detected through FAM, VIC (HEX) and Cy5 channels and incorporates UNG to prevent carry-over contamination. The kit is provided for food safety testing professionals requiring streamlined presence/absence GMO identification with a 0.1% detection limit and 50 reactions per kit.
