The foodproof SL GMO Maize Multiplex Detection Kit (T25, MON810, MON863) is a qualitative quadruplex real-time PCR kit for simultaneous identification of three genetically modified maize events (T25, MON810 and MON863) plus an internal control. It detects target sequences using event-specific primer/probe sets labeled with distinct fluorescent dyes and is intended for testing foods, feed, seeds and raw materials for the presence of these GMO events. Detection is performed through FAM, VIC (HEX), ROX and Cy5 fluorescence channels.
