The foodproof GMO Screening 2 LyoKit, 5′Nuclease, Regular Profile is a ready-to-use lyophilized real-time PCR kit for detecting genetically modified organisms in food, feed and seed samples. It simultaneously screens for five GMO target sequences (bar gene, P-35S-pat, CTP2-CP4-EPSPS, P-NOS-nptII and P-35S-nptII) and includes UNG chemistry to prevent carry-over contamination. The kit is designed for use by food safety testing laboratories to support GMO screening, regulatory compliance and labeling requirements.
