The foodproof Listeria monocytogenes Detection Kit is a manufacturer-supported real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes DNA in food and environmental samples. The kit uses sequence-specific primers and hybridization probes and is designed for use with LightCycler 1.x and 2.0 platforms as well as other major real-time PCR instruments.
