The foodproof Listeria plus L. monocytogenes Detection LyoKit (KIT230129) is a lyophilized real-time PCR assay supplied in a low-profile, 5'Nuclease format for detection of Listeria spp. and L. monocytogenes in food and environmental samples. The kit simultaneously identifies L. monocytogenes while detecting related Listeria sensu stricto species and includes integrated controls to prevent false negatives. The assay is NordVal International-validated for multiple food matrices including ready-to-eat foods, meat, dairy, vegetables and environmental samples and is supplied as a 96-reaction kit.
