foodproof Salmonella Enteritidis & Typhimurium Detection LyoKit is a lyophilized real-time PCR kit for qualitative detection and differentiation of Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium DNA in food, feed and environmental samples. The kit is provided in a 96-reaction format (KIT230107, Regular Profile tubes) with a 25 µL reaction volume and uses 5' nuclease (hydrolysis probe) chemistry with internal amplification control and UNG carry-over prevention. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic testing workflows on compatible real-time PCR instruments measuring FAM, HEX and ROX channels.
