foodproof Spoilage Yeast Detection 3 LyoKit is a lyophilized real-time PCR kit for rapid detection and identification of beverage spoilage yeasts. The kit targets three spoilage yeast markers and simultaneously detects Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus and Brettanomyces/Dekkera species with specific identification of B. bruxellensis and B. anomalus. The 5' Nuclease chemistry LyoKit is supplied in a different-profile (DP) format (KIT230142) and is designed for use by beverage manufacturers to test beer, wine, juice and non-alcoholic beverages and generate fast, sensitive results from enriched samples.
