The foodproof Yeast and Mold Quantification LyoKit is a ready-to-use, low profile 5'Nuclease real-time PCR kit for rapid quantitative detection of yeast and mold DNA in dairy samples. The kit contains lyophilized reagents for 96 reactions and enables detection down to 1 genomic equivalent per PCR reaction. It includes an Internal Control and UNG to prevent carryover contamination and is validated on major real-time PCR platforms for routine laboratory quantification of fungal contamination.
