GlutenTox Sticks Plus for Reader is a rapid lateral-flow gluten detection kit for foods, beverages and working surfaces that provides qualitative and quantitative results when read with the Hygiena Cube reader. The test strips use the G12 anti-gliadin antibody that specifically recognizes the 33-mer peptide of gluten and are supplied as a 12-test/12-strip kit for use with a reader to quantify gluten levels.
