Hygiena Reagent D KIT230003
Reagent D is a light-sensitive reagent designed to eliminate DNA from dead cells to prevent false-positive PCR results in food safety testing. The reagent penetrates membranes of dead cells and, upon exposure to visible light, binds covalently to DNA to block PCR amplification. Reagent D is validated for testing multiple foodborne organisms and is intended for use in food safety and environmental monitoring workflows in conjunction with DNA isolation kits.
