StatMedia MP Soluble Packets are BAX System MP enrichment media supplied in water-soluble packets for PCR detection. Packets are wrapped in a polyvinyl alcohol resin film that dissolves in warm water within seconds, delivering ready-to-use broth; because the packets are gamma-irradiated, prepared broth does not require autoclaving when used within 3–4 hours.
