The plate features 384 wells with 120 µL working volume per well, black opaque walls to minimize background fluorescence and a clear F-shaped solid bottom for direct microscopic viewing and compatibility with both top- and bottom-reading instruments. The product is intended for fluorescence, luminescence/scintillation and ELISA/turbidity measurements and for use with automated systems.
