Signum Krystal™ 96 Well plate (8-well strips on a 12x8 frame) is a clear polystyrene assay microplate with a Medium Binding surface designed for immunoassays and biomolecular immobilization where adsorbed molecules present large hydrophobic regions such as antibodies. The plate provides an ANSI-SBS footprint, solid F-bottom wells and a working volume of approximately 300 µL per well, and is intended for applications including ELISA, antibody screening, cell culture, drug discovery and sample preparation. The Medium Bind surface gives a binding capacity of 100–200 ng IgG/cm2.
