PTFE/Silicone 96-well cap mat for Multi-Tier™ Plate is a molded sealing mat designed to provide a tight seal for 96-well multi-tier microplate vials. Constructed from PTFE-coated silicone, the mat prevents sample cross-contamination and evaporation, provides excellent chemical resistance and resealability, and is suitable for high-temperature chemistry applications. The mat is available in pre-scored and unscored options to permit needle penetration or aggressive solvent use and includes alphanumeric grid references for well identification.
