PTFE/Silicone plug (8 plug strip) 96050-8STRIP is a molded PTFE-coated silicone sealing strip designed to fit the Multi-Tier™ plate and standard 96-well microplates. Each strip contains eight plugs that provide a tight seal to eliminate sample cross-contamination and reduce evaporation, and the material construction allows repeated needle access with minimal coring or tearing. Typical uses include sealing rows of vials or wells for storage, sample handling and workflows requiring repeated needle puncture or aggressive solvent exposure.
