Manual pipette filler designed for use with graduated glass and plastic pipettes up to 25 mL. The device aspirates liquid by rotating a wheel and dispenses either by rapid release via an air-inlet valve button or by gradual release through controlled wheel rotation. It is intended for single-hand pipetting in laboratory liquid handling tasks.
