The Agilent 5982-5056CH is a QuEChERS dispersive SPE cleanup kit supplied in 15 mL centrifuge tubes and designed for analysis of general fruits and vegetables following the EN 15662 method. Each tube contains pre-measured sorbent and salts (PSA and MgSO4) and, in the CH version, ceramic homogenizers to aid mixing. It is used after initial extraction to remove matrix interferences (polar organic acids, some sugars and lipids) prior to chromatographic pesticide or contaminant analysis.
