This Agilent QuEChERS Dispersive SPE kit (5982-5221CH) supplies pre-measured sorbents and salts in 2 mL centrifuge tubes for cleanup of pigmented fruits and vegetables according to the EN 15662 (Original Method 10 g) workflow. Each tube contains PSA, GCB and MgSO4 and the CH variant includes ceramic homogenizers; the kit is used to remove pigments and common matrix interferences from sample extracts prior to pesticide residue analysis.
