This is Agilent's QuEChERS Dispersive SPE kit (part number 5982-5222) formulated for pigmented fruit and vegetable samples and built to meet AOAC workflows. The 2 mL dispersive tubes contain premeasured sorbents and salts (PSA, GCB and MgSO4) to remove pigments, polar acids, sugars and lipids from extracts as part of AOAC 2007.x sample cleanup. It is intended for use during sample preparation prior to instrumental analysis for pesticide/residue testing where pigment removal and matrix cleanup are required.
