Agilent 5982-5221 is a QuEChERS dispersive SPE cleanup kit supplied as 2 mL centrifuge tubes pre-loaded with sorbents and salts for pigment-rich fruit and vegetable extracts, intended for use with the EN 15662 (EN) method. The tubes contain PSA, GCB and MgSO4 to remove polar organic acids, some sugars and lipids and pigments such as carotenoids and chlorophyll, improving extract cleanliness prior to GC/LC analysis; the product is not intended for planar pesticides.
