The Agilent Gas Clean Filter FID Kit (CP7995) is a pre-instrument gas purification kit designed to remove hydrocarbons, oxygen, and moisture from inert carrier gas for flame ionization detector (FID) applications. The kit includes a 4-position 1/4 in connecting unit and replaceable purifiers to be installed immediately upstream of the instrument inlet to reduce impurities that can affect detector baseline, trace-level analyses, and column lifetime. It is intended for use with inert carrier gases.
