Hi-Plex H, 300 x 6.5 mm (PL1F70-6830) is a packed HPLC column designed for ion-exclusion/ligand-exchange separations. It is intended for size- and charge-based separations of low molecular weight analytes up to 3000 Da and is used in conventional HPLC hardware for analysis of small organic acids, sugars, and other ionizable small molecules under aqueous mobile-phase conditions.
