Agilent Liner O-Ring, Non‑Stick (part 5188-5365) is a certified non-stick fluorocarbon (fluoroelastomer/FKM) inlet liner O‑ring sold as a 10‑pack. It provides a gas‑tight seal between the outside of a GC inlet liner and the inlet weldment, and is intended for use in Agilent split/splitless and multimode GC inlets and GC‑MS systems. The O‑ring is pre‑cleaned and plasma‑polymerized to reduce outgassing and deliver a low‑friction, non‑stick surface for reliable sealing and easy removal during maintenance; its design supports trace‑level and MS analyses where contamination must be minimized.
