The Agilent PLRP-S 100A 8 µm 250 x 4.6 mm (PL1512-5800) is a reversed-phase LC column intended for biopharma use. It is described for intact & subunit analysis and for separation of monoclonal antibodies (mABs), peptides, and proteins, and is specified for use with LC and LC/MS techniques. The column uses fully porous 8 µm particles with a DVB phase and 100 Å pore size, and is provided with acetonitrile/water as the shipping solvent. It is supplied in a 250 mm length with a 4.6 mm inner diameter and a maximum temperature rating of 200 °C and a pH range of 1–14.
